Our projects are mostly based in Netherlands and Belgium.:

The C2M&CHP team builds and maintains the Electronic Medical Patient Record C2M and the C-eHealth Portal. Our solutions are in full production use in more than 20 hospitals in Belgium, where we are currently the market leader in this domain
A software for the Public Housing sector used by companies which own and rent “social houses” on the Dutch market
An integrated information system for Dutch Care Providers which supports all processes
NEC Corp. of America is the principal US subsidiary of the Japanese company NEC . The corporation is an important player in the Unified Communications industry. We are producing and maintaining for them features and modules for the MA4000 application that is the web-based management system for the NEC communication systems as well as other applications. The application is sold and regionalized for the following markets: United States, Japan, Australia, Europe and Asia/Russia.
Corlabs ( is a modular Laboratory Information System (LIS) for full lab research processing and reporting. It allows labs to both follow the quick evolution in research technology and work on budgetary efficiency. Corlabs is the core of a suite comprising multiple modules. With the basic Corlabs package, customers can manage the pre-analysis, organize technical work and communicate results

Job overview:

The project is for one of our customers that is an international supplier of technological solutions and information for the travel sector. It develops cutting-edge software applications for booking hotels, flights, transfers, holidays and rental cars. These booking engines are available as an office solution (B2B) and as an interface for travel websites (B2C). Many travel agents, airlines, tour operators and consolidators worldwide depend on these travel applications every day.

Maintain and improve the quality of the whole testing spectrum for important software components
Maintain and improve the overview of tested functionality per released product
Evaluate the current testing effort
Determine the resources (hardware & software) needed for testing the product

Actively work with the whole team in getting functionality released with the right amount of Quality Assurance
Work with the team during all development phases
Provide adequate feedback to allow fast and accurate development of both planned and unplanned work
Log feedback into the tracking system (currently JIRA)

We encourage a strong learning and continuous improvement attitude and we do this in a pro-active mode by organizing and facilitating:

1. Reading Groups

Description: A group of people from different teams in the company that are interested in certain subject choose a certain book and they start reading a chapter or two in their own free time and then they meet and discuss the chapters for an hour or two on company time. This happens until they finish the book. The discussions between chapters can include topics such as: What you understood, what you didn’t understood, maybe someone else can explain, what the most interesting thing you learned was, short practical exercises etc. This activity has a rather short time span – 1, 2 months.

2. Competency centers

Description: A group of interested people join together to explore a certain topic and actually build something. It can also be triggered by the company to learn, explore a certain topic (technology, methodology, framework) that we plan to invest in the future. The usual activities are research, reading books, discussions with each other and programming, developing projects. This type of activity should have as a concrete result and it can span a much larger period of time – several months, depending on the topic and its complexity.

3. Video sessions on Pluralsight

Description: This activity is similar to the Reading groups but it’s based on video courses on Pluralsight. Pluralsight benefits of a huge vireo courses library: The way this is put into practice is that an interested group of people choose a certain topic and they watch it together on company time. In our experience this is a very quick way of learning. The accounts are paid by the company and are landed to interested colleagues.

4. Events: process related – Agile/SCRUM/Kanban, coding oriented – TDD Kata

Description: We organize and facilitate events that can be both internal (only members of the company are participating) but also external (members from different companies participate). Such an event consists in coding, exercising Agile SCRUM/Kanban, food, beer & customized mugs or tee-shirts.
Cerinte Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience performing testing of enterprise applications
Experience with test management software (TFS) is a plus
Experience designing test plans and writing test cases based on development notes and design notes
Experience writing black box and GUI test cases, designing tests to mitigate risks
Ability to use test tools
Capacity to understand the functionality and architecture of the program under test
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Desire to work on an agile software development team
